Metric socket shoulder bolts have a smooth, unthreaded shoulder that ends in a smaller threaded section, so the shoulder can act as a pivot, axle or guide for levers, links and other moving parts. We carry shoulder diameters from 4 mm to 20 mm and shoulder lengths from 4 mm to 120 mm, in black oxide alloy steel and stainless steel.
