By accessing MetricFasteners.com, purchasing products from MetricFasteners.com, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Sales Policy
1. Prices
Prices listed on MetricFasteners.com do not include shipping, handling fees, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to correction or change without notice, and market-sensitive commodity products may be priced according to current market conditions. Sales quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Sales Tax
MetricFasteners.com collects and remits sales tax where required by applicable state and local laws.
3. Payment and Credit Terms
MetricFasteners.com accepts the payment methods displayed and made available during checkout. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed to in writing. For approved business customers with established credit terms, payment terms may be provided separately by MetricFasteners.com.
All credit extended to customers, including credit limits and payment terms, is at the sole discretion of MetricFasteners.com and may be reduced, suspended, or revoked at any time. MetricFasteners.com reserves the right to charge applicable late-payment or collection fees to the extent permitted by law.
4. Right to Accept, Reject, or Cancel Orders
MetricFasteners.com reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to:
- Limit quantities available for purchase, or limit the number of orders placed by a customer;
- Discontinue products or services;
- Impose conditions on coupons, promotional codes, or other promotions;
- Refuse service or transactions; and
- Cancel an order in whole or in part.
Orders may also be canceled due to product availability, supplier delays, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent reasonable fulfillment. Typographical, pricing, clerical, and other errors contained on the website, quotations, order confirmations, invoices, or other communications are subject to correction.
5. Federal Customers
Products sold by MetricFasteners.com are not represented as being offered through a GSA Schedule contract unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Domestic and International Sales
Products are primarily offered for domestic consumption within the United States. If a purchaser exports products purchased from MetricFasteners.com, the purchaser assumes responsibility for complying with applicable U.S. export controls and destination-country laws and regulations.
Shipping
Shipping charges, eligibility for free shipping, available carriers, delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping restrictions are set forth in the MetricFasteners.com Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of the shipment to the applicable carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
MetricFasteners.com reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order that cannot reasonably or legally be shipped to the specified destination.
Warranty, Returns, and Limitation of Liability
Product warranties, return eligibility, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requirements, restocking fees, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability are set forth in the MetricFasteners.com Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE RETURN POLICY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METRICFASTENERS.COM AND FASTENER BRANDS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, POSSESSION, INSTALLATION, OR USE OF PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

All trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, text, website designs, catalogs, domain names, and other intellectual property belonging to Fastener Brands LLC or MetricFasteners.com remain their respective property. No customer or website visitor acquires any ownership interest in such intellectual property by accessing the website or purchasing products.
2. Force Majeure
