Orders Less Than $25
A non-refundable $7.50 shipping fee is charged to customers who are signed into their MetricFasteners.com.com on orders totaling less than $25 before tax and shipped to one address within the continental United States.

Orders of $25 Or More
No shipping and handling fees are charged to customers who are signed into their MetricFasteners.com.com account for standard ground delivery on orders of $25 or more before tax.

We use a variety of carriers for parcel and LTL shipments.

Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.

Shipping Policy Exceptions
Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied.

MetricFasteners.com only accepts orders for shipments within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to international destinations will not be processed. MetricFasteners.com can ship to PO Box addresses.

Expedited Shipping Rules
To qualify for expedited shipping, MetricFasteners.com must receive your order before 2pm (EST) Monday–Friday.  If expedited shipping is purchased, a customer service representative will contact to confirm details of shipment.   Expedited orders only ship on business days; any orders placed on Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays will be processed on the next business day. 3rd Party Shipping
Expedited shipping may not be available for third party items.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that links to the carrier service website.
